I live in Delaware, my parcel was in Whitefish and Lindsay was there every step of the way. The parcel had been in my family for over 100 years and was gifted to me by my parents. What I didn't realize, was the restrictions on the land which had to be lifted in order to place it on the market. Lindsay helped with finding an Engineer to survey and file the appropriate reports and permits. He was helpful in answering questions about that process which were completely foreign to me. He also helped me find a 1031 Exchange Service. We were taking the proceeds from the parcel sale to purchase another property elsewhere. He was kind, personable, responsive, professional and informative through the whole process. With me almost 2,500 miles away, having Lindsay as my eyes and ears in Whitefish made all the difference. I couldn't have done this without him.
